There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Dr Lui was very pleasant.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
