My experience with Dr. Jeffrey Dougal was awesome today! i have been to a few other chiropractors but never to a chiropractor and a massage therapist. i have always heard it's beneficial to do a massage first and then go to your chiropractor but i have never done that and today i had a deep tissue massage and then Dr. Jeffrey Dougal adjusted me and Bingo that was the real deal!!! no joke, i feel great - a wonderful experience and i will visit him again soon- if not for realignment then just the amazing massage!
