Bonnie Mechelle's program was truly life changing. About halfway through the program I realized that I was finally allowing myself to lose the weight I wanted. Also free from the pressure of having to do everything perfect. Bonnie has so much wisdom and is full of encouragement. If you are serious about success Victory Steps is an awesome program.

This program focuses on the client in a compassionate, understanding way that really promotes a life transformation, rather than a quick fix, as so many weight-loss programs do. And Bonnie Mechelle is loving and kind, and working with her and her like-minded staff enabled me to successully transform my life.
