My sister was placed in their care in a hospice condition. They did an excellent job of keeping her clean, turned from side to side to prevent bed sores, and medicated to keep her free of pain until she finally transitioned into her eternal resting place. I thank them and all their staff.
I want to let everyone know of my amazing gratitude my family and I have towards this amazing facility.
As a family with many disabled veterans and forced to see what rehabilitation and care is truly needed, this facility was amazing and the staff even better. The care, comfort and gratitude showed not only to my uncle, but my family was beyond the only 5 stars I can rate.
The administration helped with our every need and staff made his stay as if he were home. The care and compassion they showed not only towards his rehabilitation, but his well-being from being a 100% disabled veteran was all anyone should need to know.
Thank you to all of the staff and administration. We are forever grateful for your care and compassion towards my family.
On behalf of the family for Q. Piedmonte, we want to take the opportunity to thank the amazing staff who worked tirelessly to help Joe. Thank you to the PT's OT'S, Speech/Swallowing, Tashia, Sammantha Mileik (sorry about misspelling of names) & rest of the aides & nurses. They say not only angels have wings & thanks to the angels on the sixth floor. Joe we hope will be going back to Camillus Ridge. We are so blessed to have encountered such a caring staff.
My family member has been here a month! The nurses are very nice and sweet. Being in the medical profession 34 years, this place is the best I have ever seen. Highly recommended!
We are ever so grateful for the care and love that was given to our Mother by the nurses, aides, therapists and staff during her recent stay. everyone treated her with much care and compassion throughout her entire stay. We are truly grateful and thankful for your support during her stay. May God continue to bless you and keep you safe as you help others.
First thing I noticed was how clean the place is. The employees are outstanding. My sister is not an easy person. Right to end they took excellent care of her.
Difficult patient, Bruce Lake 4C refusing dialysis. Staff and all workers very cheerful, without knowing he's depressed and refusing to comply. He has a lot of support and encouragement. They all are very friendly and doing the best they can. Every request was met with as timely as possible. When he became angry , they tried to help navigate him to a better state of mind. Very patient and understanding. I was impressed by the nurse who dropped everything on her med cart to assist me in bowing out when his anger presented. She went back to his room and helped deal with his crisis so I could leave without incident. You have well trained and caring personnel and I can say thank you very much for making his stay pleasant. First Cousin of Bruce Lake.
