Difficult patient, Bruce Lake 4C refusing dialysis. Staff and all workers very cheerful, without knowing he's depressed and refusing to comply. He has a lot of support and encouragement. They all are very friendly and doing the best they can. Every request was met with as timely as possible. When he became angry , they tried to help navigate him to a better state of mind. Very patient and understanding. I was impressed by the nurse who dropped everything on her med cart to assist me in bowing out when his anger presented. She went back to his room and helped deal with his crisis so I could leave without incident. You have well trained and caring personnel and I can say thank you very much for making his stay pleasant. First Cousin of Bruce Lake.

My first time at here visiting a friend on the 7th floor. Check-in was easy, lobby was clean and inviting as well as the hallways. A staff person from central supply stopped in to address a mattress issue. Very pleasant and he promised follow up.
