Mom was a resident in their independent living facility and when she had to stay in the hospital, their staff worked with the nurses and doctor at the hospital to discharge Mom when a bed was available at the Manor. Their full attention is always on the patients. Their building was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They genuinely care about everyone who visits.

I could not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their loved one. This may be a nice place for people who do not have dementia, alzheimer's disease or other memory issues. But, if you have a loved one who needs help with most daily needs this is definitely not the place for them. Our loved one had 3 falls in the first and only week here. The stay at this facility ended the night a nurse called us asking what we would like her to do with our family member who had fallen and been unresponsive for over 3 hours in their care. After arriving at the hospital by ambulance the hospital determined she had a fall, she was heavily medicated (the reason for the "unresponsiveness) possibly had a small stroke and was extremely dehydrated. This care center deserves a 1 rating at best.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It isn't their place to explain the doctor's orders. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are a 23-hour nursing care center. I was well pleased with their facilities and staff.
