Mom was a resident in their independent living facility and when she had to stay in the hospital, their staff worked with the nurses and doctor at the hospital to discharge Mom when a bed was available at the Manor. Their full attention is always on the patients. Their building was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They genuinely care about everyone who visits.

I could not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their loved one. This may be a nice place for people who do not have dementia, alzheimer's disease or other memory issues. But, if you have a loved one who needs help with most daily needs this is definitely not the place for them. Our loved one had 3 falls in the first and only week here. The stay at this facility ended the night a nurse called us asking what we would like her to do with our family member who had fallen and been unresponsive for over 3 hours in their care. After arriving at the hospital by ambulance the hospital determined she had a fall, she was heavily medicated (the reason for the "unresponsiveness) possibly had a small stroke and was extremely dehydrated. This care center deserves a 1 rating at best.
