Visited a friend several times while in this facility. The 1st floor nursing supervisor uses intimidation tactics and is disrespectful to residents. I witnessed aides getting frustrated with a patient who was unable to communicate duto a stroke. They wouldn't stop to listen to her cues to let them know she simply needed to use the bathroom. Aides hide between doors to check their mobile devices. A night aide was watching a movie with earplugs on one evening when administering rounds. It isn't clean, floors are dirty, countertops dusty. Doctors orders aren't followed. Someone needs to look harder before selecting this facility.

Visited a friend who had been in an accident and was there for rehab. Poor staffing numbers, none or slow response to residents needs. I heard a resident's alarm go off for 30 minutes and no one showed up to see what they needed. The first floor looks nice but this is nothing more than what it is....an institution with many uncaring, disaffected workers. Too bad we don't treat our elders better in this country. I wouldn't leave my dog here.
