I am so surprised to see negative reviews, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience since my brother first entered this facility. I cannot say enough to the staff, family, friends what a wonderful place Twin Oaks is. My brother is getting the the best care anyone could ask for. The nursing staff calls me 3-5 times a week letting me know of every little change, if he bumps his hand I am called. I have met everyone, social workers, pt/ot, business director and one is nicer than the other. My brother is near his last days and had to evacuate everyone to Wakefield Nsg & Rehab. again, a wonderful experience, they had hospice call me which of course I agreed to, now at his last moments we were called up to see him last night. They have been keeping him as comfortable as can be, the little things I notice his feet are cold were the circulation is now gone and they had nice warm socks on him, my nephew asked for a cup of coffee and they wheeled in this big tray with a tablecloth on it with a hot pot of coffee, 4 cups, chocolate cupcakes, I was so taken aback. Then I asked for a priest for last rights, within 1/2 hour the priest was there. If there were more stars I would highlight them also. Both Twin Oaks and Wakefield are clean, fully staffed and everyone is so pleasant to deal with. My brother will go out of this world with dignity and I am so very thankful for this. I honestly cannot say one negative thing about our experience and will continue to tell everyone how pleased we were.

Their waiting room was their senior day room which was filthy and filled with patients. I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated. The restrooms here are not well cleaned. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Don't bother calling this provider they never pick up the phones because they are understaffed. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. Being so understaffed the nursing staff are always running around trying to provide care for these residents, Most were filthy and smelled. unless you want a quick death for your family member DO NOT take them here.
