Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Provider does not treat staff with respect. A relative of mine who has worked at several retirement homes found this place to be very difficult to work with HR and admin. There was instance when injured during work was criticized by HR for requesting to go to the hospital for head injury. Staff is also discouraged to come forward with concerns with fear of layoffs. It's a shame because location is great, and company in general has been in business for a while.
