They do not send promise follow ups Do not train staff . Nofamily discard plan , hard to reach anyone on phone. One phone for 3floor no staff action taken for errors or gross misconduct

We are transitioning our sister into this facility. The staff were great answering all our questions and the facility has gone through a recent renovation. Compared to other facilities, this facility was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I think our sister will be in good care there.
