I would not recommend this facility, things can be very deceiving by just looking around, but if you stay around visiting for a few hours, your opinion would change!!!!!!! They are short staffed and can not efficiently do things correctly! My grandmother was there and they took 25 minutes to answer her call button so she could go to the bathroom, then took another 8 minutes to get in her room to take her. I had not seen her transfer from bed to walker to go to the bathroom ,plus she stated they said wait for one of them to help her! If I had to do it over again I would have helped her! That was entirely too long to wait. I heard that they were like this all the time especially on weekends!
:( SO SAD!!!!!!!!!!!! They might be in one, one day! Treat people the way you want to be treated!

I always have the best experience every time I have visited here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I noticed their staff is very professional and attentive. They strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

No, they definitely favor certain clients

No, they are almost always unavailable
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
