Horrible place! My dad was scheduled to be a resident here. He was coming from Bowling Green, Ky (by ambulance) to Louisville to shorten the distance of driving time for me to visit him. I live in Indianapolis. I scheduled an appointment with Kim to fill out paperwork...got there, and My dad was NOT THERE! I was livid! No one had any answers for me. In addition...May I mention that NONE of the staff were friendly as I walked through the facility! Once I made it to Kim's office, I asked "Where is my dad?" Her reply "No one called you?" Uhm, Ma'am NO...had someone called me I would not have driven all the way to Louisville for NOTHING!" I was distraught with tears in my eyes..wondering where my dad was. She then told me that my dad left because they don't take patients with 4 point restraints. They showed little to no concern & as I was walking out of the door she had the nerve to ask me to sign a form for financial responsibility. I think not! First of all, I don't know if my dad was even there, and in addition...I think it is YOU guys that owe me money! The have not heard the last from me. NO one called to tell me anything, and just sent me on a dry run. I will not leave this alone until I am at least compensated for my gas, time, and the list goes on. They can't handle small things...they should not be left liable for anyone's loved ones.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They did what I asked, not a bit more

I am giving this place 1 star because I can't give anything lower!!! Avoid the place at all cost! My mother had dementia and was there for less than 3 months before she passed away. They put her in a "lock down" unit with crazy people because they didn't have another room at that time. It always smelled like urine and if I hadn't gone there every day & asked someone to get her up I think they would have left her in bed all the time. They woulkd change her depands and put them in the trash can in her room. I had to wrap up the garbage and take it out of the room!!! A year and a half later I am still receiving bills for charges that I do not owe for. It was and is still a nightmare dealing with this place. Don't do t his to your loved one. Find somewhere else.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.

HORRIBLE place!!!!! My mother is there now and we are fighing to get her moved before they kill her!! Floor manager will look you in the face and lie!! Has gotten terrible bed sores, never have we seen anyone come in and repostion her in bed. Have come in and found presription piils dropped on her bed and floor, where the nurse just sets them down and walks away. Please research and find your loved one a safer place to stay!! Wouldn't have even given it a 1/2 star but was forced to, to be able to give review!!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
