Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

It is the worst place I ever seen! My Mom was in dementia unit and the nurses called me constantly since they didn’t know how to give her medications. What kind of professionals they are? Her roommate has her TV so loud that my Mom couldn’t sleep and when I asked the personnel to suggest roommate to use her headphones they did nothing. The member of management team, Chris Kellogs, told me that she can’t be moved to another room and if she doesn’t like here, I am welcome to take her home. Once my Mom transferred to another facility, I have to come 3 times to pick up her belongings since they can’t find the storage guy. Finally, Chris Kellogs promised me to leave her box by the nursing station but once again they did nothing. It is extremely difficult to locate anybody from the staff and the receptionist would do whatever it takes to try your patience and to make you leave. After all, some items were missing from her box and Chris Kellogs told me that they are not responsible for personal belongins. Let me ask you-if the person is placed in dementia unit with Alzheimer diagnosis, would you expect that person to be responsible for her/his belongings or staff can take some responsibility at least at the time everything needs to be packed? The staff is rude and not cooperative; the dementia unit is dirty and smells terrible. Stay Away from this place!
