I really think what happen with the quality of care with this facility is due to high turn over of staff. The staff wasn't passionate toward residents with Dementia. I observed the aides to be non sensitive to the needs of the residents. I believe the adm. staff cared about the residents it was the non professionalism of the aides who wasn't qualified to care for aging adults. The aides were verbally abusive and possibility of physical abuse no proof I did over hear a resident say while visiting "please don't hit me " When you place your aging love ones in a facility you trust that facility to care for them as they would care for their own it really hurt to see anyone who no longer can care for themselves be abuse by the hands you trust. There is a place in HELL for people who abuse aging adults.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

All of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and the office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had a very good experience, and they will see my father again this (2012) for respise care beause I know he is in good hands.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

Not at all. They ignored my questions

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
