We were recommended to go to this facility from the staff at BSA. Whew, I will sure do my own research next time. The staff including the social worker at Heritage Rehab is very unprofessional. The nursing staff would huff and puff if I asked about the progress of my loved one. The social worker would talk over me as I was trying to ask questions, especially if she felt I was asking something she didn't think they could do. I felt bullied when I was just trying to get information to do the best for my loved one. Yes, I understand that everything I ask may not be available or something they can do because of Medicare, but waiting for me to explain my request instead of talking over me saying "Medicare won't pay, " is rude and quite frustrating! I also, had asked several times for the therapist to give me a call so that I could start acquiring any equipment that would be needed when my loved one was to be sent home. I called several times and left messages they never responded. If we had not been at two other facilities last year for rehab, I would have just thought, well this is how rehab facilities are, but that is not the truth. I didn't know how good the last two where until now!! There is not a customer service culture at this facility.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I had to leave I was so distressed

The worst I have seen

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, there weren't many to choose from

When we arrived with my mom .Three people came out with blankets and covered her up and helped her inside. Everyone came in and indroduced themselves to her and us and made us feel very welcomed. They were so very kind and attentive to my mom. They spoke with us and put are minds at ease that if any problems arose they would contact us immediatly. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a place that will make your family member feel safe and cared for.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
