They took wonderful care of my step father. He was in a horrible accident, he came to Heritage after being at UT hospital in the CC unit. He had 5 fractured vertebrae, 11 fractured ribs, and had his spleen removed. He had been on a ventilator and had a trach. He arrived at the facility not walking, not eating, (he had a feeding tube), Not able to do anything but lay in the bed or sit in the chair. The nurses took wonderful care of him. He had a large wound to the back of his head, the treatment nurses healed this wound in a matter of a couple of months. They even made him a special pillow to use so he wouldn't have any pressure on the area. The therapy department was wonderful. I can tell you he is home and planted a garden this year, he would have never made it without the wonderful care that was provided to him. My mother is so thankful and recommends this facility to everyone who needs rehab.

I WENT TO VISIT ON THANKS GIVING DAY .
I FOUND MY AUNT WITH A LARGE COFFEE STAIN ON HER TOP.
IT WAS DRIED SO SHE HAD BEEN IN A WET TOP MOST OF THE MORNING.

I DEAL WITH CATHY WILMOUTH IN THE BILLING DEPT. SHE IS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL

I come to visit often. Through out the week as well as on weekends. On weekends there are almost no staff available. Why? The parking lot is almost empty. I was told my love one could not get a bath because there was not enough staff to give baths on weekends. Food was brought to the room and was so bad that I could not identify it. I called to kitchen as asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told they do not have them on weekends or holidays. Why? I asked for chef and was straight up told no.WHY IS THE FOOD SO BAD?! Everything is so over cooked it is gray in color. I wet to kitchen and I saw 3 people on cell phone texting and would not open door to talk to me. Could not find anyone to talk to,no management. Management is needed on weekends. Too much goes on that if made public would shock everyone.

VIsited this faciliy 3 times in the last month. Receptionist on Sunday, Aug. 25 at 3 pm never looked up from her hand held device as I sighed in as a visitor and took my own Visitor sticker and proceeded into their hallway to rooms. Once my visit was over, I made my way back towards the reception area and in one of the rooms I pasted I noticed an elderly lady that had completely slumped over in her chair. I didnt see a nurse or worker in the hall so I told the receptionist the room number and my concern only to be told that I would have to locate a nurse and tell her myself!!! I told her" you mean to tell me that you cant call the nurses desk or someone else to get this lady checked on, what exactly is your job you did not greet me when I arrived nor did you offer any assistance?

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
