Yes, they were immaculate!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

My mother was not an ideal patient. She did not want to be in a facility and wanted to punish the staff because she had lost her autonomy. Everyone there from the Social Worker to the Janitor and Aides were understanding, highly patient and got her engaged with others in the community. She received excellent care. It was always a pleasure to visit her there. At all times she was accorded dignity and respect by those she had interactions with and, frankly, she didn't always deserve it.
