I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

TERRIBLE..Was told I could take my grandfather outside as soon as the wheelchair came in the next day. Went to Heather Hill the very next day and was told by a lazy nurse that she would not allow my grandfather to go outside, it was too much trouble and it was not happening on her watch. The next day I had to go out of town for work and my grandfather died the day before I returned. Really upset at these people. Anytime we tried to make arrangements for care training we had to repeat to different nurses because no one had any idea what was going on. Grandfathers' medical equipment there did not work properly and the staff acted like it was no BIG deal to them.
