One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
