Not fit for a human- Please do not take your loved ones to Eastpointe in Chelsea, my mother was there and the neglect and lack of compassion these people have is disgusting, right down to the business office. Oh sure you see the reviews by some folks strictly about rehab because it's temporary and these folks do not need the care like some of the elderly, DO NOT BE FOOLED. They say never judge a book by it's cover and how true it is. If you do have a loved one and you can move them please move them, if you cannot please be sure to be there with them everyday for as long as possible. God Bless

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
