This facility needs more improvement not only with staff, but management too. Management always bicer or twist the questions base on family request. Management disappoint family member regarding issue and never seem to resolve the situation; it a no win situation with facility. When the staff shower the patients they leave the residue of soap on the patient skin. This facility have a day-room where patients are left hours with wet diapers there is no consistency not during the week but also the weekend. On the weekend there is a shortage of staff plus supplies. Management must change the laundry service that they provide. Maintence service should clean the room more often broken item should be replace or repaired. The facility need less meeting and more production. I dont see this facility being a five star Rehabilitation they need individual with experience or hire an outside agency to do background check in order to in a nursing home. Service can be better if you have the worker that care.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This is the place where you'd want your mom or dad.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. But the nursing director doesnot know how to treat her staff, she seems like an alert person but confused at times and repeated herself constantly!
