This place should be shut down.. Nurses do not know how to write a pre auth for meds.. If you want a love one to die fast. Then send them here. I would not even put my x mother in law in this dump..

This place should be shut down. . A family member was there. He was on a medication that needed to be taken EVERYDAY.. For some reason they stop giving it. They never told anyone. When we found out. They said they could not get it from the vendor. Instead of getting from somewhere else. They just stop giving it to him. Why did they do this ? One is it would cost more to get it from a outside vendor. 2. They do not care about people. They only care about making money. 3. The unit nurse is a jerk. She needs to go. Funny how we got it in less then 24 hours. They also forgot to order the ambulance for a dr appt. The answer from them is we will look into it. The fact is. Nothing changes with them, Think twice before you put a family member there. T

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.I went to Apple VCalley cirectly from NVMC, so it was effortless on my part. and Apple Valley had the most sensitive and caring staff I had ever seen. top notch personel on all shifts
