No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Her full attention is always on me and she never takes personal calls during my appointment. She also has a great online presence in multiple directories.

During my appointment, I knew that I always had her full attention. She listened to everything I said without interrupting. It was very easy to get an appointment as well.

It is always a pleasure to talk with Dr. Parsons during my appointments. She is very attentive to what I tell her and gives very direct, insightful advice to me.

Her emphasis on the whole body as being the key to good health is fantastic in my book! We discovered a few concerns about my health that I wasn't aware of because of the extensive blood work she recommended.

I will always stay with her as my doctor, as long she remains in the Independence area. She is very easy to work with.
