The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls?
Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was left alone too long

My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. It was almost impossible to get an appointment with them. They’re only open for a few hours, and I had to schedule my appointment weeks in advance. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust.

Dr. Parsons changed my life. I hope she can change yours if you are in need. I have finally found peace. I'm a very holistic person, I have tried to help my anxiety and mood swings in many ways troughout the years in my strugles. I meditate, exercise, practice yoga and mindfullness, etc. I've tried gluten free diet, acupuncture, Reiki and a very costly "hyperbaric oxygen chamber" (with an unethical chiropractor)my list is long. The point is that I did not believe there was such thing as mental illness and much less "treatment" for it. My old view was that psychiatrists and big pharma were all there for the money poisoning your body and soul with toxic polutants. Now I know how mistaken and wrong I was. My blindness made me pay with loss of my youth and prosperity. I'm well educated and intelligent yet never able to keep jobs or relationships due to my mood swings and impulsive stupid behavior. 18 months ago a friend I trusted took me to see Dr. Parsons, I was so nasty, I even ofended her with harsh unkind words but Dr. Parsons just listened, treated me with courtesy, gave me some ideas to think about, and gave me some literature to read. I thought she was going to push all kind of toxic medications but I was so mistaken. She understood and invited me back to see her whenever I was ready. Sure, I thought, you....! It took me two more months of crazy life, then I was tired and ready for a change. I went back to see her. It took us some time to find the "right formula" but I can say thanks to her gift as a doctor I have found peace.
