I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been seeing Dr. Cohen for over five years. I think he is terrific but beware of other physicians in the practice that may not be as professional. My wife recently saw another doctor at Dr. Cohen's office and was forced to wait a very long time for her appointment. If this ever happens again we're both going elsewhere.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, got an appointment quickly. Long wait sometimes at the office. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
