I would give the front desk a 0, if I could. They didn’t speak when I approached the desk. They were too busy to answer questions. They helped 3 people, who had appointments after mine, before me. They are rude and disrespectful. Myra refused to give me an appointment because I had a balance. I explained I had surgery and something was wrong. I also explained I was going through a Ch 7, due to financial hardship. Then Myra said I needed a referral. After I finished paperwork for my sister, I asked the ladies their names. Then I asked for the managers name. Myra, with a smirk on her face and shaking her head, said how can I help you. I said are you the manager and with the same disrespectful demeanor, stated how can I help you. I asked her who was her boss and she said Dr. Cohen. Let me not forget about Debra, who ignored me when I asked was the paperwork ready and she ignored me. The manager said absolutely nothing. After I finished making my appointment, I asked Myra about the paperwork. She said you were talking to her not me. These 2 ladies were very rude and disrespectful. I’m waiting on a call from Dr. Cohen.

I had an 8:30 AM appointment - first one of the day. I was not seen by the doctor until 10:00 AM. No apology, no explanation. They overbook appointments every time I have been to this doctor. I have been to their office at different times of the day. It's always the same.........long wait. If I could put a negative star or no star at all I would do that, but this program requires a star. I would not recommend this facility.
