It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Very happy to have Dr. Marcos as my physician. She is always attentive and very knowledgeable about latest medical developments. She is also aware and informed about vitamins, which is not true for all physicians. Today I met Dr. Kumar for the first time. She will be a great asset to Dr. Marcos in her practice.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
