Although I feel Dr. Marcos is a very competent and caring doctor, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment (or one with the same PA twice). Furthermore you'll always be waiting over an hour for anything. My typical in-office wait time was 70 minutes. I waited on hold for an hour for CT scan results after calling multiple times. This office has chosen quantity over quality. I suggest you find a different office should you want a reasonable level of service.
One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
I am always amazed at the level of service I receive. They completely surpass all my expectations. One of the first things I noticed about this business was efficiency of the staff. Dr Marcos was wonderful. She's attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure. I highly recommend her.
They have listened to me in the past and recommended treatments/analyses which have proven to be the right ones every time. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached. Wait times are short and I am usually seen within 30 minutes of my appointment. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have plenty of staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Paperwork has never been a problem.
