Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. As a GP he is one of he best I've ever had in Southington.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
