They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They sold glasses at their practice, but their selection was very limited and always has been and Ive been a patient for about 4 years. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I think some of the office staff lacks people skills and that Dr. AltaMirano offers some one on one coaching skills, maybe recoaching the office manager would be helpful to speed up that process. I choose this doctor to support the southside graduates as I too went to the same high school, its a disappointment to see the lack of concern for his patients from his office staff.
