I was given a prescription for glasses that were too strong. I was told to give it a week for my eyes to adjust to the new prescription but they were still causing me to have severe headaches. Altamira eye care refused to change the lens for me or issue me a full refund. I was given the option to get a $39.20 refund on the $119.00 I paid for them but I declined.
The Office Manager is awful!! Very rude and no professionalism at all. I got better results from the receptionist who was very pleasant and professional. Melissa Leonard needs to learn how to speak to paying customers or the Dr is going to lose many patients
