Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. . However, the importance of the physician/patient relationship cannot be underestimated. Patients must feel they have the time to say what is needed. Questions and concerns are address, but there is little emphasis on the human aspect of the relationship, ( smiles, wish for luck for upcoming procedures, surgeries.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I am torn if I would recommend this internist to others. They did the job, but with little to non customer service or quality care. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
