Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. . However, the importance of the physician/patient relationship cannot be underestimated. Patients must feel they have the time to say what is needed. Questions and concerns are address, but there is little emphasis on the human aspect of the relationship, ( smiles, wish for luck for upcoming procedures, surgeries.
