I have always been happy with the every experience I have had at your facility. Including all areas. It starts with your receptionist who is vey pleasant which is a good start for any patient. It continues from there on with all areas very efficient. I am happy that you have treated me for the lsat 3 years for a variety of cancer problems. Thank you very much!!!

I am most pleased with Dr. Sears, however I will now see Dr. Scott Ahrndt on Jan 6, 2016. My treatment with Dr. Sears has been very successful. All were professional and a nice facility.

As expected, Dr. Sears did a phenomenal job. After just 3 weeks, an incision that could have been unsightly is barely noticeable. Thank you, Dr. Sears!

I could not have been happier with the over all experience. Truth be told, I was mildly frightened since I only have one face and sharp objects were coming in my direction. But the nurse put me at ease, the nurse that filled in while the main nurse was on break put me at ease, Dr. Sears is a superstar whom I will send patients if I have that chance. I am more than pleased with my outcome. DSM

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING was excellent including all the above, the Pre-op Medical History Form, the Pre-op Instructions for the Mohs Surgery, and the Post-op Sutured Wound Care Instructions. Dr. Sears did an absolutely outstanding job performing the surgery and evaluating the histopathology, and I have made an outstanding recovery. Everyone was extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Sears made me feel very comfortable, and he did an amazing job. His assistant was wonderful too. I will definitely return next year for a check-up.

I really hate the idea of anyone cutting on my body! Plus, I have a real problem with claustrophobia (laying on my back with people hovering over me, a real defenseless position, makes me want to get up and run). Given that starting point.....these people are wonderful! From the time I checked in to the time I checked out my experience with every person, whether they were dealing with me or just around me, was very positive. I knew what was going to happen, what was happening at the time, and what to expect in the future at all times. I'm still healing. Scar is still showing. But Dr. Sears told me it would take up to 3 months for the internal sutures to be eliminated. The scar tissue can't fully heal until after that happens. Point being, Dr. Sears and his staff fully explained what they were doing, what I should expect and when I should expect it to happen. Dr. Sears has a great "bed-side-manner" as do his assistants. That includes the lady who took the external stitches out a week after the surgery. If you have to get cut on....this is the doc and staff you want! Bob

Always thorough and professional. Never feel rushed and all questions readily answered. I refer all of my derm patients to this clinic with full confidence in their care.

Dr Sears was highly professional and seemed to care about what he was doing. He even made a phone call to me later checking in on how I was doing. Old fashioned and so important especially by today's standard.
