Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
Dr. Butcher is full of energy and good at what he does, plus he has a background in pediatric mental health, which is a bonus!
