They made absolutely no effort to decorate their examining rooms at all. I was hoping the examining rooms would at least be bright to make the experience less terrifying for my child, but they were dark and very plain. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. When I asked for some additional details, they ridiculed me and said my question was stupid. I couldn't believe how rude they were. And don't bother going to her if your kids have special needs because she can't be bothered by them.

My daughter was seen by Dr Rose Cloud from the day she was born till she was about 10 months(we moved), she is thorough, extremely professional, detail orientated, answers all questions, calls back with in allotted time for 24hr on-call messages and truly cares about the health and well being of your child. Dr Cloud caught a terminal illness in my daughter that had it went untreated would of caused her to death. She excepts most insurances and has reasonable hours. I wish all doctors were as concerned, professional, caring and considerate as Dr Cloud!
