The provider has a new office at her house yes I did say her house where she resides with other people don't ask who else she resides with has to be other people the women is married and she has a big house. But how tacky her house of all places the office was small not clean she was not even dressed like a doctor and to top it off she kept texting and getting on her cell phone. Then had the nerve to ask me how I liked her office of course I lied and said I loved it hell I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there. It was hard to find it is in a residential neighborhood with no sign to let anyone know which house is hers I was shocked to know that it was a house that she lived in. I knew when I made the appointment that it was a house but I thought it was a house that she bought and made in to an office not one that she lived in. Like I said the office was small and not clean trust me go somewhere else. I have been a patient of hers for a long time but this is the worse I have seen her office she moves her office a lot but this time she has gone to far. stay away just a little word of advice

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service within the office, as wait times are typically 30+ minutes and repetitively over the years they have mysteriously deleted my annual appointments w/o advsing me of a need to reschedule. The first time it happened they expected me to take a 2nd day off work to come back another day rather than offering to work me in. Now I know to call to confirm that they've dropped my appointment before showing up so they can reschedule me. It isn't terrible but I think that I probably could get better service somewhere else. It's a shame because the doctor is really knowledgeable and personable and she is always able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and the doctor really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I never get a human to speak with, but rather must listen to two repetitive answering machine messages to leave my questons. I've received no call back on an appointment request I made 24+ hrs ago. I've never been in any pain due to the doctor's actions. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here---what else could the reliably excessive wait times be due to?

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
