They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office was easy enough to find. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. HER FRONT DESK SECRETARIES ARE THE WORSE. THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE THAT JUST WANT TO EAT YOU. UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM TO SEE THE DOCTOR. HER BILLING SECRETARY IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. THEY TRY TO GET AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN INSURANCE. If Dr. Byrd would change that staff it would be a pleasure dealing with her.
