They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Dr.Muzzammel delivered both my daughters in 93 and 94, I needed an appointment and he was out of the country, but Dr. Melissa Delgado didn't hesitate to see me. I have built a comfortable doctor patient relationship with her since and can honestly say, that this Physician is not only an excellent provider but an Awesome and Compassionate Woman. A quality that rarely exist in most cases.. If you are going for a GYN, CAM thereapy or just to Pamper yourself, this is definately the place to be !!
