They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
