I've been going to Dr. Dipaolo for several years. She delivered my baby last year. She works with her dad and they are both wonderful. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

All the doctors and admins at this office are jerks or completely out of touch. Di Paolo is never on time, brusque and nickel and dimes you for everything. THUMBS DOWN.
