I had a horrible experience. I went for the first time for my annual checkup due to my old obgyn had permanently closed. I let the doctor know that I would like to stay on the birth control that I have been on for years now because I felt comfortable with that particular one. She suggested that I use other methods that were inserting and she would give me three month supply of the birth control that I was currently on and to think about the ones she recommended. I did and later emailed her that I would like to continue to use the birth control that I was using. She then told me that she would not refill my current birth control and to use what her recommended birth control or nothing. I have NEVER had a doctor to ever " suggest" something and if I don't comply deny my request. That was unprofessional and I would NEVER go back to that doctor again. I had to pay out of pocket for another obgyn to another place to get what I actually wanted. And my current one l obgyn refilled my request with NO hesitation. I'm absolutely floored that this lady call herself a doctor and would never recommend anyone to feel safe going to this doctor for something so personal.
