completely unprofessional. not only did I wait for over an hour after my scheduled appointment, but Dr. Di Paolo only spent about 15 rushed minutes with me. Moreover, I requested a full STD screening (which I had to schedule a second appointment for) and a prescription for birth control. The Dr. fulfilled both requests without ever asking my sexual orientation, if i was sexually active, if i was using protection, or how many partners I had. These are questions every young woman should be asked and are essential to properly assessing your patient's health and risk factors. The office also wanted me to go to a pharmacy to pick up an HPV vaccine and return for another office visit (and another co-pay) which my insurance company would not cover. I also had to contact their office for my test results. Suffice it to say I would not recommend this office to anybody. Their unprofessional-ism is completely unacceptable.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They were qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
