Short wait. Pleasant, dedicated, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable waiting area. Dr. Langouet-Astrie has been great to work with in controlling my allergy and COPD. Very patient and excellent doctor.

Fantastic front staff. Warm caring intelligent Dr who stays updated on most current info. My allergic and asthmatic child is SO much better I cannot believe it. My child loves her appts even! For me, we are working to find answers to my issues and doc has been great about explaining everything we try, why, and what other options may be.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. This part of the review is all "canned" by the site, below is my review.

I did like the doctor, ease of appointments and helpfulness. What I did not like is that after testing I never received any shots for desensitizing my allergies. I was tested the end of January 2012, found out what I was allergic to and was told that they would order what was needed. They knew I was going away in February but would return to them in March for the shots. Called several times and was told by the person administering the injections that they would call me to schedule. Called three weeks later and nothing. Called two weeks later, nothing, called another two weeks later and nothing. Today is the second week in May and still nothing. I was called again and the very nice receptionist has no idea what happened. I have asked for my records to go elsewhere. They couldn't have forgotten me since I have called so often and yet no explanation of what happened. I would have rather had a believable story like they forgot than nothing at all.

It pleased me that the doctor was friendly. Some providers are downright rude but this one is very sociable and welcoming. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. She was trying to come off of being nice, but was also hurting my daughter feelings, asking personal question that had nothing to do for what she was suppose to be there, telling her she needed to buy better clothing that supported her better, so much more it really made me made, i didnt know doctor was suppose to worry about what your wearing. very unhappy.
