Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, and my child loves them!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Dr. Purnell is an excellent Pediatrician in my opinion. I have been fornutate that I have wokred with several in San Antonio due to my occupation, and I was able to make an informed decission when choosing a doctor for our son. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

Both of my children are seen by Dr. Purnell and we LOVE him!! He is always very gentle and patient even when you can tell he is very busy. We usually wait less than 10 minutes and are sometimes called as soon as we sign in. the office is extremely organized and all are very helpful. The sat.sun clinic for emergent children has saved us a trip to the ER more than once!! Have seen several of the other docs in this group for last minute appts and all are wonderful!!! Did I mention? We LOVE Dr. Purnell?!?!?
