The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. I went to a couple of psychiatrists before that didn't remember me or my circumstances no matter how many times I went there, but not here. They always remember everything about me and my situation so I don't have to re-explain everything.
