I have no problem with Dr. Ferris at all, but in the last few years I have experienced other problems there. Maybe she just doesn't like me, but in the few occasions I have dealt with Kelly she has treated me rudely, callously, and like an annoying child. She seems to imply that I am a bother. I have never experienced this in any other doctor's office before. On another occasion when seeking help for an adverse reaction to medication, she curtly replied that it was not an emergency, that Dr. Ferris was unavailable, and there was no one else available.. I have heard similar comments from other patients but have chosen to keep it to myself until now. I have had no other problems with staff members. I have found them to be friendly, caring, professional, and helpful. The only other comments I have are that I recently called for a referral to a specialist, left a message, and the call was never returned. Also, test results seem slow to be returned and then without a lot of explanation. I really like Dr. Ferris and want to continue to be his patient, but it is discouraging to have such problems. I have not been to him since the last review was posted, so I hope to find things better in the future.
