We've both gone to Dr. Ferris for several years. I love that he adheres to his schedule and I can have my appointment during the time that I expect to.
Kelly is terrific, efficient, pleasant, helpful. I also add my compliments to Rosa (switchboard), Annette (referrals) the girls at the front desk and at the desk where I pay, and the ladies who handle appointments. I can't say enough about the great treatment normally and the **Terrific** help when I really needed it.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was to 114. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Ferris actually saved my life with his diagnosis. I had been in Harris Fort Worth, misdiagnosed and released after 5 days! I went Dr. Ferris, who has been my doctor since the late 1980s. He immediately diagnosed my condition, rushed me to Baylor next door, and got my condition [C-Diff colitis] treated properly.

Dr. Ferris runs a very efficient office but you never feel rushed when you are there with him or his staff.

Unlike the typical Texan attitude and ineptitude, this office and the people there are very friendly. Doctor and his assistant both are very friendly. They are receptive to any questions and help needed. He does listen to the patient and tries to do best for the patient. I would recommend this physician to anyone.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
