Dr Salek is very attentive to his patients. However, his front desk staff do not show any compassion to the patients. Whenever you call for information it is always the same. The phone rings at least 10 times before someone picks up and then you have to leave a message. The call is normally not returned until the next day or when they call it is always the same, "we are really busy and very shorthanded to respond to your request, maybe tomorrow when we have time we will call you back". What kind of office is to busy to respond to a patient or another facility requesting pertinent information related to a very ill patient.
